Goals are very important to me and enable me to have something which I am always working towards.  They keep me motivated and make life a lot of fun - especially if you decide to think outside the box !  After all, we can all do anything we set our minds to.

2010 ...

  • Continue my weightloss and learn to maintain a balanced lifestyle.
  • Train for new events and challenges.
  • Start to become competitive in the events.
  • Continue improving health and fitness levels.
  • Think about having another baby ... yes I know I am crazy !
  • Jog the City2Surf in March
  • Complete the SBS 1/2 Marathon in June.
  • Compete in the 20 Week Challenge again.


Before I began my journey I had never thought of people who do sporting events in any good way at all, I thought they were all idiots ! I mean, why would you want to do something like that ?   But I think I am over that way of thinking now and am so amazed when I finish each event.
