Dieting is not the answer !


I have spent all my life dieting, being told to diet and searching for the miracle cure that makes chocolate taste like dog poo.  Not surprisingly I failed ... chocolate will always be a beautiful invention !


I have starved myself, joined Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, Slimfast, countless magazine diets, Reductil and Xenical ... and I can wholeheartedly say that they and all DIETS DO NOT WORK for me.


I am not able to diet through my life.
